Absolutely! We have close connections with our vendors and make sure all of our herbs, flowers, spices, waxes, and oils, etc, are all either natural, organic, and respectfully sourced. We have spent a lot of time researching and combing different materials together to make sure they all work well together. For those with sensitive skin or sinuses, they may or may not feel minor irritation, each person is unique. Please use our products with caution.
Your satisfaction is a great concern of ours. We make every product especially for you. With this in mind, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer 1 new item per customized or personalized item. If you need to make this request, please use our contact form and make sure to select the “exchange” option so we know this is a request for a new item. You will not need to ship your current product.
We are glad you asked! All personalized products come with a 15 minute phone consultation to address the 1-5 concerns you choose. We choose 1-5 materials to make your product based on spirit guidance.
We made it as easy as possible for you when it comes to purchasing our gift cards. We offer the following amounts: $25, $50, $100, & $300. Above “Add to Cart” will be a form to enter an email address to receive the gift card. You can email it to yourself directly or to the person you wish to gift it to. To redeem the gift card, the digital gift card code will need to be entered below the “Payment Methods” section at Checkout.
We have a list of materials we use below so you can review anything you might be allergic to. For our custom products, we offer 10 materials to choose from so please be mindful when selecting your materials. For our personalized products, we have a 15 minute consultation with you where we can discuss any allergies at that time. As always, please practice caution when using our products.
All products are shipped based on weight and region. We do offer specials such as 50% shipping off all orders over $75 and Free shipping for all orders over $100. Most products are made to order and some products need time to rest. Please review product details in full when purchasing so you are aware of any wait times between crafting and shipping. We use USPS for all orders. Please allow at least 7-10 business day to receive our orders.
